Touch Skin 21 works by creating a “flash electrical arc” on the skin surface directed with pinpoint precision and removes the excess surface skin via a process called sublimation. By effectively removing the dead outer layer of the skin (which is naturally shed all the time), the fibroblasts in the lower dermis of skin are activated, pushing new skin cells up closer to the surface of the skin over a series of treatments.
