OsmoTherm 21

Introducing Osmo Therm 21 – The Next Generation in Body Contouring

Now available in the UK, Osmo Therm is a state-of-the-art treatment that combines cold therapy, heat, and electrical stimulation—offering a significant advancement beyond traditional Cryo 21. Supported by research from the renowned Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, this innovative approach helps trigger the conversion of white fat into metabolically active brown fat, making it easier for the body to burn excess fat naturally.

Fully CE-approved and completely non-invasive, Osmo Therm is safe, comfortable, and free from side effects. Clients experience only a soothing cold massage sensation while the treatment works to reshape and rejuvenate the body.

Ideal for year-round confidence, Osmo Therm targets skin tone, hydration, and body sculpting in a single session. The combination of low-temperature massage, thermal contrast, and electrical microcurrents enhances skin regeneration, boosts metabolic and enzymatic activity, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and promotes the elimination of toxins. The result is smoother, firmer skin and a more defined silhouette—all delivered through a relaxing and revitalising experience.

THE COMBINATION OF COLD, HEAT AND POWER

This treatment, with its extraordinary lifting effect, counteracts sagging skin on the face and body. By raising and lowering the temperature of the connective tissue and activating the fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, there is a natural tissue compression and tension effect.

  • Face lifting and contouring.
  • Removal of wrinkles, double chin, unwanted fat.
  • Anti-inflammatory effect; reduces muscle pain and tendonitis
  • Increases metabolism and fat burning
  • Increases blood flow in microcirculation
  • Removes fluid retention and stimulates lymph drainage

All treatments are painless, completely safe, CE-approved and without side effects.

Developed in the USA by Harvard University, Cryolipolysis (often referred to as Cool Sculpting) is a Fat Freezing method using cooling technology which results in a reduction of up to 20-30%* of fat cells in specific targeted areas. The best candidates have small pockets of resistant fat that they want to remove. If your goal is to lose a great deal of weight, Cryo Lipo may not be an option for you. Ideal candidates for this method should be within 2 stone of their ideal weight and should be otherwise healthy.  However a course of Waves 21 or Cryo 21 can help those who are on a weightloss journey.

Depending on the thickness of the fat and your personal goals fat freezing may be repeated in the same area a second time. If you choose that you would like a further reduction in the same area, preferable waiting time between sessions is approximately eight -twelve weeks to allow enough time to measure the effectiveness of the initial treatment.

Clinical trial data has shown for most people, a 2nd treatment within about 2-3 months of the first does lead to greater reduction. As with all surgical and non-surgical methods, results vary upon the individual.
